NICHOLE BARDIN

From hanging with trappers deep in the Florida swamp to digging for treasure in the heart of the Judean desert, Nichole Bardin has done it all. No she’s not an archeologist or a billionaire with a death wish; she’s something much bolder—a transmedia storyteller, filmmaker, and aspiring photographer. With nearly 10 years of experience in television casting and development, nichole has created various unscripted series for major cable networks including Discovery, Investigation Discovery, Cooking Channel, Food Network, A&E, Science Channel and TLC to name a few.

Throughout her career, Nichole has honed a wide-reaching, unique, and indispensable set of skills. She’s a world-class expert at finding stories and characters where they live—gaining access to and building bonds with talent, all to capture their authentic truths in vivid detail. She brings a trained eye and passion for storytelling to producing, casting, development and television sales. Nichole is dedicated to connecting global audiences with content that entertains, engages and inspires.

Nichole is currently based in New York and Florida with her husband Alex and adorable pound hounds Charlie & Penny.

ALEX JOHNSON

RPS co-founder, Alex Johnson, is a creator, a doer, and a consummate believer in the power of the moving image. He’s learned the ins and outs of the television industry, working in just about every capacity possible. He’s a highly skilled editor who has cut together shows of various size and scope on major cable networks. He has built an incredible network of collaborators and friends throughout the industry, having lived and worked in DC, New York, and Florida.

A life-long lover of movies and television, Alex studied at Florida state university before beginning his career in production on a number of series within the true crime genre. Over the course of his career he grew his skills and transitioned into development and post-production. This vast array of experience gives him an intimate understanding of every step of the process required to take a concept from inception to the screen.
